We have now hit the 4,800 mark in signatures. Topix has continued to do very little to stop the excessive amount of libel and bullying occurring on its site. We are not trying to stop the first amendment, we are trying to stop libel and other forms of speech that are not protected by the first amendment. Things such as user registration and more common sense moderation are what we are asking for and we feel we are being reasonable with that. Continue to sign ours and other petitions and encourage others to do so. Also make sure if someone is libeled you print it out and send it to your legislators, Washington D.C. and your attorney general.
