Hi guys and gals, I know it’s been awhile, but until last night nothing new has been going on. Last night I was sharing with a fellow veteran about my home buying experience and the nightmare I have had dealing with the horrors of buying a house using Veterans United.

To say the least I punched in the address and seen the house listed on realtor.com. But wait… checked Harris County CAD my name still listed as title holder. I still get 0600 wake up calls from other investors. I got tired of it and started referring them to my attorney.

Anywho, I spoke to the listing realtor at first he was extremely pissy but I laughed when I told him I have no interest in the house I don’t even live there, I just wanted to make sure the new owners were aware of the mold damage. And told them that house been locked up since 2021 December it was not upgraded 2 years ago. I would hate for others to risk their health and finances behind a moldy house.

The house was sold at auction for $198,000 $70,000 less than what it was sold for when I bought it. I was quoted $70,000 remediation damage to replace everything. They now have it listed for $298,000 with mold still all in it.

Has Veterans United informed me the house was sold in auction. Nope.

Thanks for sharing and signing please continue. I appreciate you all for standing up for what’s right.
