Happy Friday,
Thank you for the support with this petition. Seems like the resistance is stronger however I believe awareness in any way, shape, or form is beneficial.
Bankruptcy court was difficult. I learned something new about myself i need to pay more attention too, I have developed tremors and the ability to talk without my jaw shaking when I get nervous. The judge was very nice and professional, However, because I stated I didn’t want the property in Texas there was nothing she could do. Told me to get with my attorney.
She also stated because foreclosure will show up on my credit report that I can leave a note explaining that this loan is caught in a lawsuit due to fraud. Which I have done, and thus far 2 credit bureaus have taken them off my credit report.
They however, cannot contact me. That was stated by the judge to their attorney.
The more I find out about the process the more inclined to say, I personally think the VA Loan Guaranty is awesome, until something bad happens, than it becomes a nightmare.
I didn’t walk into this thinking I would be fighting a behemoth of loopholes that lead me nowhere.
I am sorry to say, the legal system, the vA system, the reporting fraud system, is all one big ol loop leading you nowhere.
Change won’t happen with the mindset that the VA holds no accountability in this. If it’s a VA appraiser that has to be vetted and certified, the VA has everything to do with holding this company and their chosen appraiser accountable. What bothers me the most their not veterans. But VA and their guidelines have given them full authority. But veterans have to get permission to use “vet-owned.” Make it make sense, because I don’t see, where the math is matching.
Thanks again for supporting and sharing. Have a wonderful week ahead!
