End misconduct in Miami County KS court during custody case

The Issue

In the most distressing period of my life, I faced humiliation and outright obstruction from those entrusted with upholding the law. My child, my flesh and blood, is being used as leverage in a legal tug-of-war that's only unfolding because of personal vendettas, not justice.

Specifically, certain Miami County KS district court clerks — Stephanie Gerken, Kelsey Gottschalk, Gretchen Wolfe, and potentially others — have subjected me to harassment, bullying, and mocking during my ongoing child custody case. They've been heartlessly witnessed by others joking about my son’s suffering, treating his abuse and my anguish as topics of amusement and derision.

These clerks have repeatedly violated the professional standards expected of court personnel. They obstructed justice by refusing to provide critical information and forms needed for my case. They even attempted to dissuade me from filing legitimate motions, actions that I believe are influenced by my pending federal lawsuit against Mrs. Gerken's nieces.

Their misconduct casts a long shadow over the fairness of my proceedings. Their actions seem designed to manipulate the outcome of my custody case, either to force my hand into a quick settlement or to remove my child from my care — each a boon to their narrative in the lawsuit.

This situation has left my child as a pawn in a game of legal strategy, rather than the court focusing on the best interest and well-being of a child who deserves stability and safety. It is unjust and unacceptable. Immediate action is necessary to terminate these individuals and initiate measures that ensure such abuses of power cease.

I urge you to stand with me against this grave injustice. Let us demand accountability, ensure ethical standards are upheld, and protect vulnerable individuals from becoming victims within the legal system. Please sign this petition to remove those who misuse their positions of power for personal vendettas and bring about true justice for my child and others like him. The stakes are too high for us to remain silent.
