America's 93 US Attorneys seal/destroy incriminating medical records, when medical kidnap/medical murder is indicated.

WE THE PEOPLE ask Robert Francis Kennedy Jr. to protect American citizens, by forever banning the destruction of any medical records.

As to the petition picture, US Attorney Eric Gary Olshan coordinated all law enforcement, during the Butler attempted murder of Donald John Trump (per which the shooter lay unchallenged on a roof for 20 minutes, in plain sight).

As a side note, Eric Gary Olshan graduated UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003.

Andrew F Olshan has worked with UNC-Chapel Hill gain-of-function researcher Ralph S Baric for over 30 years.

On a lighter note, world population growth rate reached the all-time high in 1962, countered by the elitist invention of "brain-death"/vital organ$ harvesting in 1963.
