The Mi’Aani Act = PROTECTING OURS BY ANY MEANS!

We, the people, demand the immediate passage of the Mi’Aani Act to put an end to the corrupt collusion between Child Protective Services (CPS) and medical institutions that have been illegally kidnapping offsprings under the guise of child protection.

As a mother, my worst nightmare came true in January 2024, when Texas Children's Hospital retaliated against me for refusing genetic testing and declining to administer what I believed to be harmful medications to my one-year-old son, who has Trisomy 21. On February 7, CPS agents, colluding with the state of Texas, subjected us to ‘medical kidnapping’, using the fictitious name 'Noah' to erase my son's true identity. My offspring was then forcibly taken from me under false pretenses.

Further alarming were the fraudulent Amber Alerts issued in Texas, Minnesota, and Missouri, falsely claiming a child named Noah required emergency care—a blatant lie to cover up their misconduct. While in CPS custody, Texas Children’s Hospital performed unconsented heart surgery and administered 11 vaccinations despite my son being immunization-exempt. During this time, my offspring suffered severe abuse and neglect, which CPS dismissed as eczema.

THE CRISIS: CPS & HOSPITALS ARE KIDNAPPING OFFSPRINGS
🚨 Hospitals are falsifying medical records and creating fictitious identities to justify illegal removals.
🚨 Natural Guardians are being threatened, coerced, and criminalized for refusing harmful medications or demanding second opinions.
🚨 CPS is working hand-in-hand with medical institutions to unlawfully remove offsprings and deny families their rights.
🚨 Public officials have had full knowledge of these crimes and have FAILED to intervene.

THE MI’AANI ACT DEMANDS:
✅ FULL accountability for hospitals, CPS, and public officials who conspire to medically kidnap offsprings.
✅ Prohibition on hospitals concealing medical records or altering a child’s identity.
✅ Third-party intervention when offsprings in CPS custody are reported abused.
✅ Criminal prosecution for medical professionals who perform unauthorized procedures.
✅ No forced immunizations for offsprings who were not previously vaccinated.
✅ A specialist in a child’s specific disability MUST be present in all major medical decisions.

WE ARE NOT ASKING—WE ARE DEMANDING JUSTICE.
Over are the days of unchecked abuse of power. Public officials, medical institutions, and CPS agents are NOW being held accountable. We cannot erase the trauma inflicted on our families, but we can ensure that no other Natural Guardian faces this nightmare.
