The 85th Texas Legislature will not meet for another 9 months!

Texas Representative Senfronia Thompson had requested a copy of the text that I would like to see in any amendment to H.B. 3562, I have sent that text and she has acknowledged receipt. FYI, for anyone interested, that recommended text is included in a prior update. Rep. Thompson authored H.B. 3562, so it only made sense to request her assistance regarding its amendment; she is a notable member of the Texas Legislature, having served in the Texas House of Representatives since 1972, I believe that this amendment is in very good hands. Although signatures for anywhere are more than welcome, it would be awesome if the 85th Texas Legislature were met with as many Texas-based signatures as possible when they meet in nine months. Every SHARE potentially generates additional signatures and if every signatures is accompanied by yet another SHARE then that would be a beautiful thing.
