We, the Citizens and voters who elected the current President and his Administration to the Executive Branch of U.S. Government, petition our Government to DEMAND all States Attorneys General Withdraw Lawsuits attempting to Prevent the Executive Branch Audits of Federal Agencies, Institutions, and affiliated organizations receiving Federal tax payer funding: 

Currently, 19 Attorneys General have joined forces to sue the U.S Federal Government with the objective to halt audits of Federal agencies. These audits are pivotal in assessing how our tax dollars are allocated among agencies, organizations, nonprofits, and foreign entities. Blocking these audits, at best, gives the appearance of shielding mismanagement and misappropriation from the light of day. At worst, it is obstructing our legitimate oversight, required to prevent misappropriation of our taxpayer dollars through fraud and negligence, which is in stark contrast to principles of legitimate business practices, democratic governance, and fair public administration.

In the interest of transparency, impartiality, and fiscal responsibility, it’s crucial to permit these audits to proceed, free of partisan bias. Thus, we must press the 19 state Attorneys General to withdraw their lawsuits and allow the Federal Government to perform its duty of ensuring tax dollars are accurately allocated. Nothing within the U.S. Constitution prevents an audit of Federal Agencies.

As involved U.S. citizens, deeply concerned with financial accountability and transparency in the Federal government, we, the Petitioners find it alarming that our state Attorneys General are inhibiting the President's executive oversight, mandated through our election process. This oversight ensures our tax dollars are properly spent according to legislative agreements, reflecting the will of the voters.

We encourage transparency and financial responsibility from our Government. We demand accountability for fraud and obstruction of justice. There must be an end to the incessant, baseless accusations, lawsuits, and interference employed by politically motivated bad actors and state Attorneys General using taxpayer funds to attack our Executive Branch!
