In what seems to be a gut-wrenching and deeply personal struggle, numerous families, including mine, have been torn apart under the guise of legal procedures in all 50 states . The Child Welfare system, which was supposed to protect children and uphold family integrity, has conversely become an instrument of injustice for biological parents and their children across the nation. Children are being illegally seized based on false reports crafted by child welfare employees, foster care systems, and adoption agencies,  community-based care professionals, teachers councilor ect judges lawyers guardian ad lightem  and their lawyers who falsely believe they are better suited to parent these children than their own biological families and thinks it's OK to sell children under the words orphans or abandoned falsified  death certificates when biological parents and their families are still alive. Even if reunification is possible for the biological parents they illegally termination of parental rights and order a illegal final judgment  for permant placement and use biological families rights against biological families. 

An appalling crime against humanity is happening when children are unlawfully taken and their biological families stripped of their parental rights without cause or fraudlent cause by falsified documents by those in postions of government officials and agancies employees. These actions not only violate the essence of human rights but also inflict long-lasting multiple  varieties of abuse , emotional and psychological harm on both the children and the parents. As such, this is not just a tragedy for the individuals involved but a systemic failure that betrays the trust placed in these institutions.

The bond between a biological parent and a child is sacred and should never be broken by the unsolicited and unauthorized intervention of external agencies. It's imperative that we hold those accountable for their illegal actions. We demand a full investigation into these practices and immediate cessation of any illegal separations. Furthermore, clear judicial oversight must be enforced to ensure that no child is taken without substantial evidence and due process.

This isn't just my fight but a plea from millions of  silence and scared victim voices experiencing this injustice. It is time for reform and transparency in the Child Welfare system. The rights of biological families must be protected; the disdainful and unconstitutional practice of unlawful separation and other criminal acts must end. By giving each offender  20 to life imprisonment sentences for each victim and victims compensation  total will be 200,0000 awarded to each victim  and their biological parents  or next of kin of biological families.  All biological families will be able to be free from any type of abuse harassment stalking goverment officals judges lawyers guardian ad lightem ect overreach after the fact. They will no longer use a former case agsinst the biological parents or biological children who were victims of illegal seizures and 14th amendment violations. All forster care grouphome adoptive parents will recive 20 to life sentences for buying a biological child that  doesn't belong  or dna match to or from any state adoption agencies or law enforcement  will now be considered organized crime  Rico act and treason  in some cases like in breaking a treaty with a case can land the  child welfare case managers executed for treason because they were found guilty
