A special Legislative Committee is inviting British Columbians to share their stories by June 25 at 2:00 p.m. (Pacific).

They are conducting a review of the Insurance (Vehicle) Act and are seeking written input on Parts 10 and 11, which established the no-fault insurance model (also known as "Enhanced Care") in BC.

The Committee is also seeking input on Bill M 237, the Insurance (Vehicle) Amendment Act, 2026.

It is such a short window of time to try and get your stories in while struggling with injuries I know.

We must support Bill M 237 to broaden definitions and remove timeline limits for severely injured victims who face delays in the BC medical crisis and securing patient centered medical care and independent patient centered assessments due to the healthcare crisis and seriously compounded due to the 2021 system where ICBC's framework is affecting our medical care, constitutional rights and claims.

Please read the newest post update on the main petition page:

It will help British Columbians gain some insight of where some of these serious gaps in our current system are.

We currently hold 2,866 signatures and counting.
