Every day there are innocent animals, such as goats, being brutally harmed by the human race as a sport or hobby. Children are being desensitized to this animal cruelty. We've gone so far with fighting against animal cruelty, to eliminate as much harm to innocent undefensive animals as possible. Now people are attempting to find excuses to cover up for their harmful acts. They have a rope and attempt to throw it around the goat's neck and once the goat starts to panic, they do it again, except on their legs to restrain them and restrict their movement. 

It's up to us to protect these animals, just as we would want to prevent dog fights or animal abuse.
