The fur trade is a barbaric practice where animals are mistreated, abused and literally skinned alive. It's a practice that has no place in civilized society. The idea of making a profit from such barbaric torture and unbridled cruelty is sickening, but it is what 'high-end' fashion department stores like KOOKAI and David Lawrence are doing by selling fur products. It is imperative that they STOP this practice. It is imperative that they STOP encouraging violence against animals for fashion purposes. It is imperative that they STOP justifying suffering for financial gain. Selling these products is not only irresponsible, but a slur against human decency in general.
