My name is a testament to the pain many parents face at the hands of social services and courts. My son, Hunter, was removed from my care when he was just 8 days old. The reason? Social services had concerns about my ability to be a safe parent due to my history of being in care myself, suffering from mental health issues, and being autistic and a history of drug use and domestic violence from my previous relationship.Despite only assessing my parenting during contact sessions and for one week in a unit where no concerns were raised, they still managed to fabricate lies that led the court on 27th April 2023 to order that my son be placed for closed adoption.

It’s time to get our story out there, this might boarder on contempt of court however it needs to be told, not just for me and my partner or our son, but for all the other families affected by the corrupt government entities like social services, and if the government want to arrest people for telling the truth about what they do then so be it, remember while some cases might actually be their to help children, most are taken under false circumstances to bring up their numbers, so they can get a bonus from our government, look at Tory legislation for your evidence, certain amount of children taken the council get 50000 pounds, my son for instance was taken by Wiltshire council under unfair and quite frankly disgusting circumstances, when me and my misses first fell pregnant the midwife said as my partner is a ex child In care she should inform social services as is procedure, but she won’t yet as there is no issues, then my misses PA who is a advisor for Wiltshire council that all ex children in care get to help them till they are 25 came along, she reported Alex right away and our hell began, Swindon social worker came to our flat and had a general conversation with us all seemed ok at least to me, my partner was a little more weary and said I shouldn’t of let them or sign anything but I didn’t listen and said no it will be ok just work with them, boy was i wrong, the social worker went away and then sent us a letter detailing what was said at that first meet, it was full of complete bs that was never said, so we put in a complaint, it took them 6 months to let us talk to the social workers manager, who did nothing and swept it under the rug, accusing us of not working with the social worker, even though we was just calling out the blatant lies as we go, now a side note would be both me and my partner smoked cannabis from a health point of view and my partner has mental health and was on high dose and I mean high dose pharma drugs when she first fell pregnant, obviously the second she fell pregnant we both stopped smoking as it’s not good for the baby and prohibition in this country makes it silly to carry on while these people are on our backs, and becuase she fell pregnant the NHS thought it would be funny to take her instantly of the high dose meds, stupid idea but that’s what they did no weening down, and my partner also developed a strange rare auto immune condition related to pregnancy, that resulted in head to toe full painful itchy rash’s, that were so bad for weeks on a end she couldn’t sleep and would be up all night in so much pain that even my neighbours knocked on my door some nights thinking she was in serious trouble, once again our amazing NHS kept saying to her nothing we can do, don’t know what it is, we do now a year and half after birth but they didn’t then and just gave her creams, again we didn’t know till a few months after my son was born but they were given her nutbased creams when she’s allergic to nuts, lucky a ambulance driver finally noticed that and put a stop to it, but only months after my son was born, so we got a mental health patient off their meds instantly, being kept up in pain for weeks at a time for the whole pregnancy, can’t even take cannabis to help sleep or for the pain, being lied about from social and harressed, of course a couple of times and she did really well but she snapped a couple of times, now in these times as you do with psychosis mental health she needed police or ambo support, or I did to help her a welfare check if you will, and it’s worth mentioning her psychosis never was towards the baby, the police of Swindon were idiots and thought it was domestic violence, luckily it then gets sent to marac who deal with that and they kept putting it down as no not dv, but damage is done social wouldn’t or couldn’t understand and would spend the rest of our case talking about dv, like I said my partner did so well but they took everything now they wanted instead of bothering with facts, they even took a conversation me and my partner had, a horrible hard conversation of this is getting bad for your health with the now known auto immune disease, we didn’t know what it was then and we were talking about her health and safety over keeping hunter as we didn’t know if this was ganna kill her and the NHS was useless In helping her or investigating what it was, so we talked about it, but social took it as you don’t want the baby and used it against us, they also criticised my flat even though they knew we were on bidding to get a proper place and had no plans of hunter living in that flat for being messy, my flat was a very small single studio flat, I moved in there alone when I got out of being homeless a few years back, it was brilliant for a single man and I had loads of stuff, then my misses moved in when we got together with a 2 bed house full of stuff and then we had to buy baby bits while waiting in the council to move us, my flat was clean but not big enough for all that stuff, and they knew we would be moving as well before he’s born, now it’s worth mentioning how she moved to mine due to it being claimed dv again and disclaimer I’m a idiot which most know about me, but before she was pregnant I was staying at hers and she had a very nice air soft riffle, it had a faulty safety she was cleaning it before sending it to be fixed, I picked it up looked down the barrel and shot myself in the eye, I then can’t describe the pain but I was like a 2 year old kicking and screaming on the floor, I phoned the ambo and not thinking shouted down the phone I been shot I been shot in the eye, this resulted in her getting swatted and losing her tenancy, worth noting that the police said yeah we seen a few of this model get faulty and cause accidents and left it with us to get fixed, but she had to move into mine and few weeks later is when she feel pregnant, but social twisted the story to she shot me in the eye and used it against us, anyways when our baby boy was born we were kept in hospital for 8 days while they found a mother and baby unit for us, first of all they wanted me to go without my partner even though we were breast feeding I said no the assessment is of us as a family and he’s breast feed I don’t want him on cows milk it’s not as healthy by far, and it was a unit miles away so my partner would have no contact what so ever, so they begrudgingly looked a little harder, now my partners PA had actually found a close place that would take us all in within a week or so, but social wouldn’t wait, so they choose a place in Southport 200 miles from home, but the court actually put in a order that my partners mental health teams must follow up their if we are to move there, as you can’t remove her from her teams, and the hospital had already said she was showing signs of postpartum depression so this was massively needed, as also being 200 miles from home meant no family or friends support, Swindon social services ignored this order and sent us without sorting her mental health teams out and within a week the perinatal mental health team discharged her even though she was crying for help, so now she’s slipping 200 miles from home no support, no family or friends, and one night expressed to me that she’s needs help and is not safe, we stupidly went and asked the staff for help, they took our son overnight while I tried to get my partner some help, but the mental health teams up their wouldn’t help her, a day or so later I was downstairs with my son when my partner went out to get some food and relax walking around Asda, the unit then told me they won’t let her back in due to her mental health and kicked her out, I had to text her as they wouldn’t let me talk to her, this obviously set her mental health off and as she cried outside the unit they refused to let me talk to her or get her help, remember she don’t know the area, is 200 miles away from any support or help and now is in a real suicidal state, what do I do, my mind went to 3 options, one I ask these people who are social and Ofstead and court approved safe adults and go take her to ane and get her help, two I take my son and go up ane with her but to walk out the unit without promission would be classed child kidnap, or three I let her kill herself and tell my son in a few years that I let that happen to his mum which would be traumatic, I obviously choose what I thought was the sensible option, well turns out by leaving him with safe people that’s child neglect, so we were kicked out the unit and our son was put in foster care, then as we came back we moved into our place in Wiltshire, my partner was happy with this, she silly thought she worked with Wiltshire they not as bad as Swindon, we can do contact while he’s in Foster and do they home based parenting assessment, boy was she wrong, there assessment was useless for a start, had nothing to do with parenting was just basically a talk about how was your childhood, they refused to acknowledge any of our complaint like Swindon and just went of Swindon assessment becuase they were to lazy to do there own one, we also still had the immune disorder problem with her skin and the Wiltshire mental health team she was assigned was useless, untold changes in cpn, not getting her meds right, keep changes doses, it was  a s-show, and the stress of what social and every professional put on her lead to her having a few worse issues with her mental health, this was used a dv again when it was not, now in this time I went to prison and I’ll explain why, with her psychosis now getting bad, no fault of her own, but fault of mental health, the NHS and social services she kept snapping and sometime semi violently, and she don’t remember her episodes afterwords, eventually with my ADHD and that one morning I snapped and pushed her of me and across the room before storming out, things were getting to me as well, she didn’t want to press charges, but in her state of mind and with social lieing to her saying no do it and your get our son back she did and I got sent down, social also told my family if I left my partner I would get him back as well, this is how they work ruin families to get their way, then unfortunately when I came out of prison and was alone no chance in my head of getting him now or getting back with her I had a joint of cannabis, funnily enough this is when the next week a drug test came up they waited till your at the lowest and likely and then use it against you, luckily my partner had been sensible and stayed away so she was still clean but that put a marker on me, she then had hypnosis and though that came back to reality and realised what had happened and got the restraining order taken of me and we talked it through and realised what social had done, we got back together and continued to fight for our son even though they have a stack of lies and misinformation to use against us, and they did, stealing our son in process, flash forward to now, our son was about to put into adoption, but my partner but in a appeal, with evidence of everything they lied about, medical, mental health and every record you can imagine along with proof of having done everything social wanted, she no longer under mental health, takes no pharma drugs, has finances sorted no mental health or any police call outs, don’t get me wrong she can have bad days but it’s rare and she had learnt coping techniques herself, the court liked our appeal and we’re going to grant us a day in court, then this vindictive social worker wrote to the court saying none of that is true no changes have been made, once again lieing, and stopped our appeal dead, our son is now gone to adoption nothing we can do to save him, but there is something we the people can do for every other family having this done to them, only we can stop government tyranny, and this is exactly what it is our son was like many was essentially sold as Wiltshire is part of a Tory program if they get a certain amount of children they get a 50000 bonus.

This is not just about me; it's about countless parents who are victims of forced adoption due to unfair assessments or lack of support from social services. It's time we address this systemic issue that affects so many families across our nation.

According to Family Rights Group (FRG), an organization dedicated to supporting families whose children are involved with or require social care services, there has been an increase in forced adoptions over recent years without proper assessment or support for parents. This practice not only breaches basic human rights but also leaves lasting emotional scars on both children and their birth parents.

We demand an end to forced adoptions without fair assessments or adequate parental support. We call upon lawmakers and relevant authorities to ensure transparency within social services' decision-making processes involving child removals and adoptions.
