Attached image of this update you will find a slide, from a 113 page internal Flock Safety training for Altoona PD. The epic breakthrough of evidence against Flock Safety in my teams possession, combined witn ALPR camera data that was hacked in Cali, is evidence these cameras are NOT JUST ALPR's. They lied.
Please review my email sent to news agencies;
On September 15th, I obtained many internal Flock documents including training material for multiple police departments around the country.
In some of the PDF's containing police training, Flock described features of ALPR tech that was not publicly disclosed in any capacity. This evidence was forwarded to the County Prosecutor's office.
On September 16th, A Flock falcon camera was breached by hackers in California. All 28GB of data including software, was copied from the ALPR camera and sent to specific media outlets.

Using my open source skills to find public facing documentation/data, I was able to obtain the link containing the hacked camera data that was used to share with said media outlets. (Note- due to legal challenges i did not download the stolen data).
The link below is verification that the camera data does exist and is public facing. Use the link to verify. How media outlets can legally search the data and expose what is on it is beyond my understanding. I am not a lawyer. But if you can legally search through it, then its there for you.

What they reported from the recovered device:
• About 21 days of logs
• Roughly 50,200 vehicles
• About 1.6 million images(30 per car avg)
• About 27,321 short video clips(not a known feature)
• Software that detects vehicles, plates, bicycles, and people(not a known feature)
• An encryption key stored on the device that unlocked a large amount of media(something i already knew but couldn't prove. Now i can)
From here, the Deflock Somerset NJ team and Deflock NJ group, will file official complaints under Directive 2022-12 section 8.2.2. Evidence is being submitted to County Prosecutor and NJ DCJ for review. Official NJ consumer affairs CFA complaints will be filed.
Franklin township leadership was notified and another request to bag the cameras and pause service was made. Until the investigation is completed.
