Dear friends and supporters - thank you all so much for the earnest hard work you have done to help us get to this point.  Worcester City Council has drafted an ordinance, and it will be presented in an initial hearing for review by the City Manager, on 11/18/25 at 6:30 pm.  There will be a Zoom call on this, as a public hearing, with any attendees given the right to speak two minutes about the ordinance.  We do not as yet have the Zoom link - City Council will provide us to it Monday and I will send another update.  You may also join Positive Change for Animals online and get the update there, as soon as we have it.  We are at https://www.facebook.com/groups/PositiveChangeforAnimals and also on Instagram.  We especially encourage anyone living in Worcester County to attend, even if you don't speak. Your presence will lend support to our campaign and make it more likely it can pass.  Thank you, on behalf of the bulls!
