On December 2, 2025, we received a response from the City of Gimpo’s Animal Health Team, Livestock Division, regarding our campaign, “Justice for Paul: Rescued After 3 Years on a 50 cm Chain and Fed Chicken Feed.” Unfortunately, their response is insufficient and provides no meaningful solution for the animals’ plight.
