Dogs all over the UK are killed and punished just for the way they look. Examples of dog breeds who are victims of these horrible decisions are Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls and German Shepherds. 

Ultimately, it is not fair that dogs are segregated because of looks and the overview from the public. Many dogs are used for fighting, and multiple breeds are used as defence mechanisms resulting in injury; this is going against the Animal Welfare Act 2006. This is NOT reaching the correct regulations. 

The public does not understand that the reason why most dogs are able to become aggressive is because of the way they have been trained and brought up. Discrimination between dog breeds is very common in the UK and should be stopped as it is not fair for one dog to be treated better than another. 'Aggressive' dog breeds are slaughtered and tortured just for something they can't control. Dogs may have a genetic issue which results in aggression, but with YOUR help along with a variety of professionals, we can help all dog breeds become equal and fix the issue of segregation.
