The Iranian regime has consistently employed brutal tactics to suppress dissent, incarcerating and executing countless individuals who dared to dream of freedom. The international community has known of these atrocities and often turned a blind eye, choosing pragmatic dialogues over moral responsibility. But enough is enough.

With the recent military actions initiated by Israel against the Iranian regime, we find ourselves at a crossroads. It is crucial for the global community to reconsider any form of engagement—be it diplomatic, economic, or otherwise—with a government that has repeatedly proven its disregard for human dignity.

Democratic nations around the globe, known for championing human rights and the rule of law, should stand in solidarity with the Iranian people. Upholding such principles requires them to discontinue any cooperation with this oppressive regime. It is time for countries to reassess their foreign policies, ensuring they are not facilitating a cycle of violence and oppression.
