End Corruption in US State Departments of Child "Protection" Services
The Issue
My name is Stephanie, I am a mother in just one of the countless families all over the country that have been tarnished, targeted and traumatized by state agency Departments of Child Protective Services.
Their gross abuse of power, blatant violation of civil rights and disgusting exploitation and destruction of the family unit can no longer go unpunished! Their twisted facade of "protecting" children & families while actually ruthlessly ripping them apart, all for their money hungry, kidnapping cash-crop agenda is a PURE work of EVIL.
They take children away from innocent, loving parents based on FALSE allegations, violating the right to due process, leaving both parents and children devastated while trying to figure out how to fight for justice. The wrongful separation of families is more than just an act; it's a form of torture for families who are left powerless- considered guilty until they can prove themselves innocent. The dependency "trials" that follow are not even given a jury; the decision is solely up to the judge that has been fed lies by children services the entire time. This is the story of so many who have suffered at the hands of our state welfare system corruption. Since 2000, 9 million children and counting have been unjustly removed from their homes, 85% of them where no physical harm to the child was proven!
This petition aims to bring reform in the way child protective investigations are handled, reducing the amount of power and control they have in the lives of families, ensuring truth, due process, the right to trial by jury and justice for all families affected by their decisions.
We demand accountability in these government agencies that hold such a power that no one and no thing should ever be entitled to have- the power to kill, steal and destroy INNOCENT people's lives, liberties and pursuit of happiness.
Please sign this petition if you believe in justice for all families wrongfully accused and separated. Justice for the children ripped away from loving parents, only to become victims of abuse while in foster care.
