This dad in this short video called up the CEO of a major dental corporation in Vancouver (PDG Dental Corp) and asked them to hand over his own child's dental records. Word has it the bureaucrats that run CDSBC are going to carpet sweep v soon & re-brand & shuffle the players who profit off the CDSBC scheme.  

AN IMPORTANT UPDATE: On November 27th, 2019, the health minister of BC, Mr Adrian Dix went to the opposition parties and called an emergency PR press release. I can only imagine things were getting uncomfortable with the spot-light on BC health care corruption issues.... Even though this petition is only 2 weeks old and has less than 100 signatures, it (with sensitive telling documents) was sent to public health & dental agencies across Canada, USA & Europe.... I can only imagine politicians are eager to quickly "re-position the deck chairs on this boat" to present an "image of change" to the world.... Unfortunately all evidence points to the Nov 27th announcement being  just a PR stunt as opposed to any tangible attempt at ending corruption & holding board members to account within CDSBC, as Ministry of Health officials promised to return calls to the author of this movement, but have not. Adrian Dix with his political cronies are fully aware of real time & specific ongoing child abuse & CDSBC corruption for profit scandal. All evidence points to just more phony re-positioning of key persons, changing regulatory names & re-branding in hopes of tricking the pubic. WHAT is deference - one historic example of many: At the turn of the last century, the Canadian Government teamed up with "The Church" & removed Indian children from their parents & extended family. "The Church" had a hankering for little children and raped & beat them for almost 100 years! Countless nuns, teachers & children reported these abuses, but the BC & Canadian Government had a strict policy of "deference" & willful blindness. That is, the Government said no true investigation would be tolerated against someone higher up in statute than the complainant. Crimes by doctors & staff were also allowed to take place unabated in institutions such as River-View Hospital in Burnaby. Today, nothing has changed regarding deference & willful blindness and a quick search shows that folks are not happy with the corruption College of Dental Surgeons of BC, Canadian Dental Association & other health regulatory agencies that are supposed to protect citizens. I have focused on child abuse, but these two organizations also help bury medical, financial & physical abuse against handicapped & other adults with deference & corrupted investigative practices.

Corrupt HPRB & CDSBC tactics include 1) The doctor or dentist is not asked a single question regarding the harmful & negligent conduct 2) HPRB staff has been found posing as a judge and pretending to decipher case-law(that they themselves provided for themselves) with no legal background & or pretending to be a legal judge when they are only an "administrator" with limited credentials 3) HPRB & CDSBC has been found to ignore and refuse to respond to all direct questioning when provided a paragraph by paragraph demand for response by claimants 4) HPRB has hidden the names of it's secretive panel that they claim sit on the board (hiding from transparency) 5) HPRB tries to scare complainants into silence with intentionally ambiguous wording describing Acts (they created) to make it seem complainants must not talk to news media or others 6) Near every document the HPRB & CDSBC sends to a complainant has wording to indicate everything is top secret and information should stay that way. This is nothing short of further corrupted intimidation, as they are aware their investigations are not complete and solely designed to insulate doctors & dentists' after harmful & morally bankrupt conduct is directed at children & adults in British Columbia's health care system. 7) evidence has shown the dentists on the various boards within the CDSBC are given 100% immunity from all investigation 8) Regulatory investigators from the CDSBC such as Ms Julie Boyce take it upon themselves to immediately alert dentists to investigation details filed against them so the dentist can quickly cover their tracks (& she immediately closes or does not open a file) to avoid showing an investigation was started on a dentist. This helps a bad dentist avoid a trail. 9) After a decision by the College, they are required to provide a code so a complainant can rate their experience with Pivotal Research with a survey. The College will "forget" to provide the code to some complainants "for whatever reason". 10) after much research it has become 100% clear medical regulation is corruption & is no accident in that a great many American regulators & doctors present an email on web pages so contact is easy and encouraged, but all Canadian board member regulators from top to bottom leave no email contacts and organizations are now deploying form style contact of which they know leaves no trace & no receipt that contact was attempted.
