421 ponies is the official number penned for sale at Chagford Dartmoor wild Pony sale - the majority with NO water or food on 13/10/2022. 

We'd like our first petition target to be 421 people - one person to stand and be a voice for every pony who had to endure the conditions there on the day.

Offloading for the sale started at 07.30 and bidding was still ongoing at 17.00.  It is unacceptable for ponies so be crammed and overcrowded in pens and to have to unnecessarily endure these conditions.  Especially when they have the potential to face long lorry journeys from the sale.
