River Almond Action Group - RAAG now have 10 litter picker tools/helping hands on loan from West Lothian Council, 6 hoops and 200 bags if anyone wants to help RAAG to pick up/ transport litter, in collaboration with West Lothian Litter Pickers. We have another 4 more inexpensive litter pickers/ helping.

Safety disclaimer: if picking, please be mindful of approaching the river's edge and do not collect sewage related debris. It is a matter for trained persons due to health & safety hazards. This is only evidently a problem nearer the river bank. There's lots of plastic bottles, glass bottles otherwise, aplastic fried egg, hulk hand... the usual etc
