The reason is Like many fans young and old, I have been heartbroken due to Universal Studio's frequent changes to their meet-and-greet characters. On October 30, 2024, I attended the Universal Orlando Resort with dreams of meeting Gabby from Gabby's Dollhouse. Unfortunately, she was not making an appearance, transforming my anticipation and excitement into utter devastation. 

This is not an isolated incident but a trend observed by many attendees of Universal Studio's meet-and-greet events. Such capricious substitution of characters hamper the experience of the many fans who look forward to these interactions. These meet-and-greets are essential and an integral part of an individual's adventure at Universal Studios, as they offer fans an opportunity to interact with their favorite franchise characters.

Reliable character representation in meet-and-greets at Universal Studios will hugely impact the overall experience of the fans and visitors, adults, and children alike. It will ensure congruity, trust, and assurance that when planning trips to Universal Studios, fans can count on their beloved characters' presence.
