Plushie Dreadfuls is a company who makes unique plushie to honor conditions.  From physical to mental, to just cute animals, they have it all.

Scruffy Bumps is a magical cat with unusual motives.  We want to make Scruffy Bumps available again for those who missed out when he was available the first time.  

He may look menacing, but he has a heart of gold.

Scruffy is not simply a plushie, he is a message. A message that, sadly, animal abuse exists. But, with his powers, he is reducing the number of abusers.  Despite his menacing looks, he is dedicated to animal friends, like we all should be.   

This petition is asking Plushie Dreadfuls to bring Scruffy back, even if for a limited time.

We would love it if Scruffy could be brought back, no matter how long he is back for.
