As a resident of Klamath Falls, Oregon, I've noticed a disheartening absence of community bonding and an insufficient number of cost-free activities. Our town would benefit considerably from permitting the citizens to run local clubs on topics they're passionate about, such as movies, animation, art, or more niche interests. This endeavor could take place at the local center of knowledge, the Klamath Falls County Library.

Institutional support could lead to more vibrant local interaction and shared experiences. According to a study by the American Library Association, libraries that have involved community programs and clubs witness a direct increase in engagement and the perceived value of the library to the community (ALA, 2018).
