I, like many, sat captivated as Jason Carter spoke eloquently and passionately at the funeral of his grandfather, President Jimmy Carter. His message resonated with many of us, symbolizing hope, compassion, and determination, attributes we sorely miss in our political landscape.

The more I researched Jason Carter, the more I became certain that he holds immense potential. His significant accomplishments speak for themselves – a past tenure in the Georgia state senate, leadership at the Carter Center, and even an impressive gubernatorial run in Georgia. He is a lawyer and his youth invigorates him with the energy necessary to tackle the pressing issues we face today. 

However, the sheer potential he holds will remain untapped if he does not vie for the 2028 Democratic Party nomination for president. Wouldn't you agree that our country might benefit immensely with such a promising candidate stepping up?

Our Democratic Party, in need of fresh faces and innovative ideas, will certainly gain momentum if Jason Carter seeks the nomination.
