We’re almost there

Your support of the petition “Encourage Airlines, Boeing and Airbus to Make Air Travel Accessible For All” is being taken seriously, at least by Airbus.
At the recently AIX2025 Aircraft Interiors Expo, Airbus, for the first time ever, displayed wheelchair seating systems. This means all that is required for these seating systems to become a reality on Airbus aircraft, is for airlines to (forgive the pun) get onboard. So far they are resisting with five USA based Airlines, just two weeks ago, even taking legal action to remove Department of Transport regulations which protect disabled travelers and their wheelchairs.
What can we do about this? Keep sharing the petition so as to keep pressure on Boeing and airlines, and as a way of saying Airbus is on the right track.
In the meantime, read the linked post by fellow accessibility advocate Mary Doyle which tells of this historic breakthrough.
