SBTC Met with FMCSA Administrator on Sunday morning to discuss Connor's Law & English Proficiency

SBTC had a very productive meeting with @FMCSA Administrator @BarrsDerek on the most important issues in trucking this morning in Fort Lauderdale. English language proficiency, illegal immigrant truckers being issued CDLs by the states, FMCSA Grant fraud, and decertification of state CDL authority were at the top of the list. 

Mr. Barrs assured @JimLambUSA that a broker rate transparency supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking is in fact imminently forthcoming. We are watching the Federal Register daily and will issue an alert when it is published for public inspection and opened for public comments.
