Just published... "Inside Trucking," Episode Thirteen: November 16, 2025 -- SBTC Executive Director James Lamb chimes in on the latest court case news in the Public Citizen Petition for Review of USDOT's September 29, 2025 Interim Final Rule affecting Illegal Immigrant truckers in the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit.

Lamb discusses the two preliminary court rulings this came down this week, one on Monday, November 10th and the other on Thursday, November 13th, what the three-panel appellate court decided by a vote of 2-1, what the dissenting judge had to say and where we can expect the case to go from here.

We hope you'll tune in and "stay... just a little bit longer."

Are you ready to get the low-down on the latest in the fight to take illegal immigrant truckers out-of-service?

Here is the latest from @FMCSA in the form of a "Conditional Determination" that now gives @CA_DMV until December 1st to show substantial compliance with CDL Program standards under 49 USC Chapter 313... Derek Barrs again mentions decertification as a real possibility and further funding cancelations in a possible Final Determination Notice.

It appears the agency is creating a record of giving @CAgovernor multiple chances to change his defiant ways so that the @FMCSA's probable decertification order will withstand judicial scrutiny.
