As residents of Bill’s Creek, we are deeply concerned about the impact of high-density housing development on our community. Our beautiful area is cherished not only for its serene environment but also for its relatively undisturbed natural resources. However, with the rapid construction of high-density housing, these resources are under threat.

One primary concern is the potential strain on our water availability. According to local reports, our water supply is already significantly impacted during peak seasons.
