As a first-year Aerospace Engineering student at Centurion University of Technology and Management in Bhubaneswar, I deeply believe in the potential that deep-tech and quantum computing hold for my state, Odisha. Our state is uniquely positioned to usher in a revolution across sectors such as agriculture, aerospace, defence, healthcare, and cybersecurity through investment and emphasis on these cutting-edge technologies. Harnessing the power of quantum computing in precision farming, secure communications, advanced manufacturing, and AI-driven innovations could result in extraordinary growth and job creation, enriching Odisha's economy. 

Moreover, it's not just about economic growth, but also about the dreams and aspirations of young students like me who see immense potential in quantum technologies. I dream of constructing a magnetic spacecraft powered by quantum computing and am convinced that Odisha can lead this charge on a global scale.

Therefore, we beseech the Odisha Government to recognize the potential of deep-tech and quantum computing and invest accordingly. We ask for the creation of a Deep-Tech Innovation Hub that will foster and support innovative startups in our state. We further suggest that the state government introduce comprehensive quantum and AI education programs to prepare our youth for the future.

By embracing such innovative technologies, Odisha can lead the world in quantum tech and deep-tech industries. This will not only benefit the state but also empower young visionaries like me to fulfil our dreams right here in Odisha.
