In light of the ongoing attacks on the Palestinian people by the apartheid state of Israel, we, the employees of Max360, are putting forward this petition to stop using monday.com as our primary project management tool. 

The Palestinian cause is not just political; it is fundamentally humanitarian. The fact that the money our company pays for this service goes indirectly into the pockets of those who do not respect human rights is deeply unsettling for those of us who believe in justice. If monday.com can be true to its core values as a company and publicly announce its endorsement of the apartheid government, then it’s irresponsible and cowardly of us not to do the same. As a company that values taking initiative and being responsible, we must actively shift our operations away from companies that support mass murder and genocide. 

We understand that immediate transition might be difficult, but it is not impossible. We should work with a project management tool aligning with our core values. Integrity is important; this is why we have to be firm in our stance against the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people.  

We cannot, in good conscience, continue working on this platform. By signing this petition, we’re calling on our management team to replace monday.com with one of the many alternative tools out there. This is just one small step towards making a difference, but small details are indeed big details.
