Emirates Airlines refuse to refund their customers for flights cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. While the other airlines, Ryanair included, are giving customers their money back, Emirates (one of the richest airlines) only offer a 1 year voucher that, during these challenging times, are of no use. 

This equals theft. It's clear that the health crisis is very serious so a 1 year voucher is like stealing from customers.  Many people don't know if in 1 or 2 years time will be able to fly abroad: Coronavirus in changing the world rapidly and we do not know if in 1 year time it will be allowed to take one of their flights. Many flights might never be rescheduled (not for 1 year for sure).

In the meantime Emirates is keeping the money and won't answer all the enaraged customers around the world.
