These statements are based on the investors of EminiFx Inc. experience ranging from September 20th, 2021 to May 11th 2022.  EminiFx Inc. has been helping our community to generate income. On May 11th 2022 our CEO Eddie Alexandre was taken into custody and charged with frauds. We are saddened by this news. It was said that Mr. Alexandre is making false and misleading promises to current investors. The reason for this petition is for us members to share our experience with the court and most importantly concerning that particular charge of: "False representation of the members and misleading promises".  Since September 20th 2021 when EMiniFx Inc. was founded, Mr. Eddie Alexandre has promised a return on investment (ROI) ranging from no less than 5% to no more than 9.99% weekly. As investors, we have experienced a steady weekly return. We also consent to have never  received less than 5% return to no more than 9.99% weekly on our investment accounts from September 20th 2021 to May 11th 2022. We have access  to our capitals and these returns on investment at any time. In addition, every Thursday evening the company give us updates on its growth and plans. The issue involving EminiFX on May 11th 2022 is concerning, affecting all of us at different level. We, the members /investors are begging the court to safeguard our funds, keep the EminiFX Inc open and drop this particular charge toward Mr. Eddy Alexandre as it does not reflected what we have experienced
