Emerton Veterinary Clinic has had multiple complaints about them I have had a issue with them as well took my dog their for Dr Lovely Rahman to just turn us down she claimed she was fully booked all day  even though she was sitting on her phone at the front desk and went back after we spoke to her 

we took our dog and we had a image of the scab my dog has os his snout we showed her she’s like oh you have to book a appointment like it’s 2 minutes out of your time 

and the other reviews that have been put are horrendous 

“Had an experience with this vet many years ago,She is heartless wouldn't recommend this vet..” 

“Went there twice spent 460$ on medications that still didn't help my cat. She's passed two days later and they said they were going to be fine but obviously not. Not to mention that the amount of medication was torture for her and seemed a outrageous amount rip my little angel and please don't take your babies here you will regret it and I pray no one ever go's through this and your babies heal”

“PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. She was negligent and uninformed. The diagnosis was not clear saying it could be one of four things (many of which we were aware having done research before we adopting the kitten).She also offered medication which would not have helped had the diagnosis been accurate. She said we needed to vaccinate our kitten but that made her health severely decline, as she was already battling an illness (which she was not able to diagnose). If you do not want to see your pets suffer go elsewhere.”

Picked up a dog nearly ran over underweight hungry and extremely thirsty this was the closest vet around got in she was rude and had no interest in the dog told me either I leave "it" and she would call the pound but they didn't really have the room or I could take it or just keep him as she claims he doesn't have a chip.

I was trying to contact my partner as I felt extremely overwhelmed as I did not want to leave this poor dog in her hands. She told me she was busy and I either take dog or leave pretty much pushed me out the door when I ask if she could at least give him some water first he was extremely thirsty she come out with an OLD FILTHY BOWL WITH OLD FOOD IN IT with next to nothing water he drank that the first go so I asked for another and explained it wasn't much and she did it again and told me waiting for a reply takes to long I asked could I wait till your done doing what your doing and get you to cheek him over (in which I would have paid ) her reply was his fine. She didn't even look at him he was not fine he is now at my house being treated by a PROFESSIONAL VET while we try to find the owner.NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!!***
