We are so thankful for all your signatures and share but we are trying for a final push. Trust meeting on Friday to see what they're response is before taking this to Health Minister and going for a judicial review to put appropriate legislation in place. The health trusts have been illegally and knowingly allowing our carers to perform tasks they shouldn't be doing all because they have no legislation on place to protect them or Ellie. But neither have they the capacity for nursing staff to cover those needs. The whole system is shocking and this needs to change. It's against Ellie’s human rights not to be fed. I've a broken, dislocated and fractured finger on my good hand ,( couldn't do things easily!) And my carers will have to perform these tasks or Ellie will starve as she can't do it herself! Shame on Health Trusts, shame on our NHS.. sign and share please 🙏
