Nearly at our first 1000 signatures. We need to keep going to make a difference. This affects every family that employs carers, young children through to the elderly. It's shocking that all the health trusts have been knowingly and illegally allowing our carers to do this and then when we ask for legislation they say no! And withdraw it.

Leaving all of us without any respite and it means for a lone parent family like mine I need to be with my daughter 24/7 to provide all her nursing care. She can't go out with her Carer like a normal young adult, she has to do it with her mum. 

It's shocking as it's against her human rights to be able to do what she wants. It's not sustainable.

Are they going to provide nurses to every family that needs these nursing tasks.. definitely not, one it's not sustainable for the health service and I don't know a nurse that would work for £99 overnight! Or for minimum wage. Our carers are undervalued and underpaid and this is just a further blow to their confidence.
