For many, if not all patients who have to take Eltroxin, be warned - there are major health risks.

The pharmaceutical company in question made unwarranted changes to three excipients and added one extra excipient on Thyroid medicine Eltroxin.

Patients are experiencing horrendous side effects and we have no recourse.

Fact - It is incredibly difficult to stabilize TSH, therefore it is inadmissible to have modified this drug.

The laboratories made this decision without conscientiousness. No care related to patient opinion nor health was carried out.

The new formulation has created huge health issues, which are impacting negatively.

This petition is a direct result due to Pharma’s negligence, and total lack of concern related to the debilitating side effects that their action has caused to thousands of patients, and we have nowhere else to turn to!

We are told that the change was made because some people are lactose intolerant, however, as seen by the ingredients, this is most certainly not the case. Further, they offer no explanation for the other horrendous side effects - Which include Microcrystalline Cellulose, Purified talc, and Silicon dioxide (Colloidal anhydrous silica)

We ask that the laboratories concerned revert to the old formula.
