Diva X, Moon Project Collection is an NFT collection curated by Influeart (an online Art gallery), it's the creation of Paul Akhmie, who goes by the moniker online as NoCapIdeas (@nocapideas). He's a painter, illustrator and multi-disciplinary artist. He was inspired by the Japanese billionaire entrepreneur, Yusaku Maezawa, who served as his muse in creating the Diva X: Moon Project Series. He started the collection on the very day the billionaire embarked on his trip to the International Space Station, on 8th December 2021, marking the start of his ambitious experiential project called Dear Moon Project. While in space, Yusaku Maezuwa set out to do 100 mundane task, which inspired the artist to immortalize some of those moments by depicting them in some of his pieces. 

Nocapideas, strives to use his art as a cultural register that captures moments that have icon and  historical value. His main goal with this campaign is to use his art as a touch point of entry for Africans and people who are not too familiar with the NFT world to peer into it and explore the empowering opportunities it holds. He wants African creators, people of color and the entire NFT community, to exploit the unique appeal decentralized qualities of the blockchain to all utilizing the revolutionary virtual space, of the blockchain technology, the NFT marketplace and the Metaverse at large. We believe by getting Diva X and the team behind it to be nominated and eventually selected to be among the artist tagging along Mr Yusaku Maezawa for the Moon Voyage flight on SpaceX's Starship — (owned by Elon Musk) — on the first phase of the moon voyage.  will pull a huge publicity blitz that will benefit spotlight of a global scale, spot on the African Digital NFT and Art scene in general. We believe it will afford the African youth and people of color, to have a sense of inclusion in this revolutionary feat about to be etched into the annals of human history and spark conversations, leading to deeper deliberations, giving rise to a new breed of thinkers on the African continent.

By supporting this petition we can get the principals that can make this possible (Elon Musk/SpaceX/NASA/Yusaku Maezawa) to acknowledge and endorse our request and make it come true, setting off the conversations that might birth new opportunities for dynamic engagement of the intellectual assets (African Youths) on the Continent and in diaspora for the greater good.
