This Petition is being made to get the attention of Elon Musk to bring back the Application Periscope to full use with all the features it previously had. In addition to original content that can be added by creators content and ideas.   

Periscope was a community of people that United for many purposes and gave access to many things. It gave access to people meeting each other from across the world. To making long lasting friendships. Connecting a divided world and letting people see parts of the world they may never get to travel to. To hear music and for creators to create a variety of content the world could see. The ideas are limitless and add value to the Twitter brand. 

Periscopes peak was cut short and left many people with empty hearts and lost creativity. 
there’s not much that needs changing. It will needed to be upgraded in some areas but I think it will be a place that will grow Twitter. 
everything you need to reimplement is there and just needs to be reactivated and allow creators to connect and share their visions and ideas. 

This petition is asking that you reinstate Periscope The Application and all the features with features to be added.
