Something is going seriously wrong at Elm Green Apartments, and it’s time to speak out.
Multiple tenants are reporting harassment, retaliation, and alleged biased treatment from property management, along with inconsistent enforcement of basic rules and policies. Long-term residents—some living in the community for 6 to 10+ years—are now choosing to leave due to worsening conditions and ongoing concerns.

Residents also report possible irregularities in how the waiting list is handled, questions around fair housing practices, and lack of transparency in unit assignments and occupancy decisions. Communication breakdowns and delayed maintenance responses continue to add to frustration across the community.

On-site maintenance staff have recently left their position, adding to ongoing concerns about stability and responsiveness in property upkeep.
