Prosecute the Killer of 23-year-old Christopher Erick

Prosecute the Killer of 23-year-old Christopher Erick
The Issue
I'm writing you today to call for justice for Christopher Erick and his family.
It's been over 1 1/2 years now and the Midlothian Police have refused to arrest the grandmother Pat Erick for the Cyanide poisoning death of Christopher Erick. Christopher died at Pat Erick's Midlothian Texas residence. The M.E. states that prior to Christopher's death, he suffered 2 separate heart attacks, occurring possibly a full day apart. The last heart attack, which was caused by the Cyanide resulted in the rupture of Christopher's coronary artery. After the rupture of the coronary heart artery, Christopher suffered unfathomable pain for an additional 12 hours before he died. Pat Erick was the last person to see Christopher alive and was alone with Christopher in her house.
Just a few months prior to Christopher's death, Pat Erick had made two separate threats on my son's life. According to Amazon.com records, the credit card used to purchase the cyanide belonged to the grandmother Pat Erick and the email Amazon.com used to send email confirmation that Cyanide was on it way to her house was ErickPat@******. Pat Erick lied to investigators when asked whose credit card was used and she provided false misleading evidence in an effort to hide the truth. Before Christopher's death he complained to his girlfriend of having blisters on his tongue and he had recently visited his doctor because he was feeling unwell, all symptoms of a possible chronic cyanide poisoning. Why has she not been charged and this case been prosecuted?
There are also indications that the crime scene was staged to appear as a Natural death. There was no Cyanide present at the scene.
Please uphold justice.
Sincerely,
Kim Erick Smith -(Christopher's biological mother)
