The owners of True Reflection Skin Professionals and Simply Pure Cleaning Company do not represent the people of Ellis County.They should be removed from the Best of Ellis County 2020 ballots.  They have ruined my childhood and caused me so much grief and heartache. Not just for me either. Nicole and Daniel Almaguer have no Hachie Heart. The owners of these businesses have abused multiple children. Psychologically, Sexually, and emotionally. Everything is documented. Including the owners admitting to having a relationship in which Nicole Almaguer was 21, married to a soldier, and carrying his child while she cheated with a 15 year old. Daniel and Nicole would go on to deplete this soldier’s income that he earned while deployed. They have joined the chamber to get people to support their businesses which has only allowed them to further abuse people. They have no respect for the law or others. They have no respect for people.  They are well known bullies with multiple families coming forward. Child abusers are always who you would never think. They always look so good while doing terrible behind the scenes. 

To date, one of their victims, my little sister, Mya Crosby, has been acting out. They don’t allow her to use her last name and that’s just a little of the story. If Mya tells anyone about anything, Nicole’s family punishes her and makes her apologize to Nicole in front of everyone. Mya is not a bad person. She is a manipulated and abused child who is acting out because of what she sees her mother and Daniel doing to others and what they’ve done to her and put us through for 7 years straight now. It’s not ok. Nicole doesn’t love Mya. For her, Mya is an object to abuse and use to abuse others too. For Daniel Mya is someone he dangles over my father’s head while screaming PAY ME, because he can’t afford to raise his family by himself. My little sister cried at her meet the teacher because her mother called police on my mother and I for going to support her. If this doesn’t show you how evil Nicole is, I don’t know what will. She is so jealous of my mother she called the police at a school event just because we were there. The police didn’t do anything as it was obvious this was a bitter mother BUT Lorine Estay from Life School’s pulled my sister away from me and told us we couldn’t talk to each other. Nicole would go on to demand and pay the school off to criminally trespass my mother for no reason other than to hurt Mya, hurt me, and hurt my mom. Later we would find out Nicole was handing around a document that was never put in court and claiming it was real. It is crazy to me how far she is willing to go to hurt us and the illegal actions she will take to do so. 

 Nicole Almaguer lost custody after counseling reports revealed that Mya was unstable, was having problems at school, and hated herself. It was uncovered that Mya had sexual problems at school and also bullying problems in which she took a knife to school and threatened another child. All of this is documented as well. Even though I’m Mya’s older sister, they won’t let me see her or talk to her because she reveals the molestation occurring at home and tells all about the abuse to me. This is all occurring due to Mya’s living arrangement with Nicole Almaguer in which she endured psychological and sexual abuse. Mya is becoming a product of her environment and it’s not ok. Nicole and Daniel removed Mya from counseling after losing custody and used the excuse they couldn’t afford it. Here’s the catch, not only are they wealthy, they scam the system. They collect state benefits like medicaid even though they don’t qualify income wise. They have failed to report their income as well. They brag about their wealth while stealing from others. While they take from the state, the turn around and “feed” people through Covid19 to make themselves look good. None of that is ok. 

Just another small detail to share: They have stated that Soldiers are people who had no skills. They actively abuse a completely disabled Veteran whom was blown up and they say that he basically sucked as a soldier. They literally steal my father’s money and abuse HIS children and wife because of Nicole’s intense jealousy and rage over my mother. 

Nicole has attacked Jill Black and her family as well after Mya attacked their daughter with a knife. The Almaguer’s bribed the school And ROPD to cover it up and Ms. Black has expressed fear about the power Nicole and Daniel have around there. This is all documented as well. The school counselor, Katie Ostrander, also is friends with Nicole and has attacked Jill Black’s daughter over the matter. I believe Katie Ostrander did this in exchange for spa treatments by Nicole. The school has done a mass cover up and did NOT inform parents of the knife at recess or the sexual talk the whole class had to have. Life School’s has dug themselves into a hole in exchange for money (IMO) from the Almaguers. 

I am concerned with the fact that some many businesses and the Waxahachie Chamber chose to turn a blind eye and not take a stance against CHILD ABUSE while all the students at Life School are at-risk too. It’s not just about Mya or myself.. it’s about ALL the children and disabled at-risk. It’s about putting a stop to bullies instead of building them up. It’s disturbing to me to learn that adults re the problem and why child abuse continues. 

I am asking that you sign this petition to ask the Waxahachie chamber, Police, Fire Dept, City of Midlothian, and other listed companies to sever ties with The Almaguers and stop promoting them so they can’t continue their abuse. To STAND UP TO THEM and BE BRAVE enough to tell them stop what they are doing. Friends or not, a good friend would ask “why are you doing this? How can I help you? Let’s think about the children.” These demons should be in jail, not building wealth. I am asking that the Chamber make some moral code so no one is making bad people wealthier to continue their abuse. I am asking these businesses to support other local business that have better morals and are upholding, outstanding citizens.

Nicole was also charged with aggravated Perjury and interference with child custody by Waxahachie PD. She is a liar and continues to kidnap my little sister so she can’t tell people about the abuse. There are better businesses to support. Choose better.
