Broken Court system through this Pandemic. July 2020 Jaxon age 4 , was legally kidnapped from His Father after Jaxons mother lied on oath , lied on her Children & tampered with a Custody court case to get Jaxon taken away from his Father ( prior caregiver ) & ripped from his home in less than a few hours after Jaxons mother filed a emergency custody lying on oath. Jaxons mother was Granted Temporarily Physical Custody by lying on her children during a recorded court hearing. The father was granted Joint legal custody & parenting time after she lied on oath . Jaxons mother signed , submitted documents to Indiana State stating Jaxon lived with his Father April 2019. She has not taken care of her kids full time since birth. Jaxons Case has been being investigated by a Guardian ad litem ,  no action has been taken since Jaxon was taken from his Father July 2020 leading the case to be closed & the GAL report unfinished to determine where Jaxon should be . GAL fees are over $160 just to speak to someone who hasn’t taken any action when child neglect/abuse has occurred for years. We have spoke into for hours of information & proof.Jaxon is in a worse position he has been sick over a Month , The mother has been sending her sick children in public , having parties, sending her other child sick to school. We have tried to file for a Emergency hearing and was denied because him being sick wasn’t a good enough emergency his mother refuses to keep him in 1 Environment longer than 24 hours during a pandemic. She is sending her other child to school sick infecting other children & spreading sickness the past month. Since the court order was set in place jaxon has not been stable , he has not stayed at 1 house longer than a 48 hours. Jaxon has no place to call home again because he is being bounced so much. Jaxon deserves stability , structure and the best for his future. We need help from other people around the world Return Jaxon to a stable environment for the best interest of his future , school and the truth needs to be told.Jaxons mother needs to be held for perjury , child alienation , child abuse , lying on her children & breaking a great fathers heart & hurting families. The court order has been broken since day 1 she is now trying to collect fraudulent Child support & will not comply with jaxon being in a solid house longer than 3 days. She refuses to truthfully co parent , tell the truth about her child’s where about a and will not agree to come to terms for the best interest of Jaxon. Jaxons mother needs to be held accountable for perjury tampering with a child custody case , tampering with evidence to prove child neglect & his father deserves justice for his son stability , truth and peace. Please help me bring justice to Jaxon . You are loved little man we will forever fight for what’s best for you. The next court hearing will be in November.
