This man has endangered & traumatized young children for many years. He was tried & convicted as a level 2 sex offender already. He was released from prison & never registered as a sex offender. He is a repeat offender & this time raped & impregnated a 15 year old girl. He also raped an 11 year old. This man needs to be off the streets & far away from our children. Lock him up & throw away the key. Please! Our children's future is not safe with predators like this one lurking on his next victim. 

He has an extensive criminal record & numerous sexual misconduct charges & accusations. Its clear he will not rehabilitate, only re-offend. 

May the justice system be on our side. This pedophile cannot be free around children.
