I hope you all are staying warm on this chilly day.
Yesterday I spoke with Representative Dahle concerning eliminating tampon tax in North Carolina, and she was very receptive to the idea. She suggested that we schedule an additional meeting so that we can talk more and so I can present my proposal. As the conversation went on, we both agreed that it would be beneficial if I presented it to multiple members at one time, therefore, she is looking to see who else would be interested in sitting in on the presentation. Let's keep our fingers crossed that we can get both men and women at the table that care equally about the betterment of public health and human rights.
