Animal lives matter just as much as our own. They have feelings too. If you wouldn't kill a human in a shelter, why kill an innocent animal that has done nothing wrong...... especially baby animals that didn't even get the chance to live their life. Put a stop to it by eliminating the shelters that kill our furry friends, our scaled friends and even our feathered friends. They have a right to live as well. Just because they can't speak our language, doesn't mean they don't feel the same things we do. They can't speak up for their rights, so let's be the voice they need and stand up for them.
