Dear supporter, I have just wrote another reminder to the EA press department, in hope we will receive a reply. I won't give up, until it is too late. Just talked to a "normal" game support staff. I was curious about the exact time of the shutdown and they said, the game is expected to be shut down on 14th July around midnight. Also the staff does not know, when exactly this will happen.
