The EC should bring in a law that will allow a candidate to contest from only one constituency of their choice.

If the candidate represents more than one constituency and is elected in multiple constituencies, they eventually resign from all other constituencies while retaining one to represent as an elected member.

This causes Bypolls to be conducted in all those constituencies from where the candidate has resigned after being elected as a member. This causes a un-necessary burden on the Taxpayers as valuable tax money will be used for conducting elections again.

We want EC to direct single constituency rule or the candidate has to represent all the constituencies that they have been elected from.
