I am humbly seeking your support to be elected as the 1L Class Representative at Detroit Mercy School of Law. With almost 15 years of law enforcement experience under my belt, I have been through the most challenging circumstances and made numerous difficult decisions under immense pressure. My journey has equipped me with the necessary skills to navigate complexities and remain calm and decisive when it matters the most.

Throughout my career, teamwork has been a cornerstone of success. Collaborating with others towards a common goal requires patience, understanding, and an unyielding commitment—traits that have been integral to my professional growth. I am eager to bring this same spirit of collaboration and resilience to serve as your Class Representative, ensuring that the collective voices of all my colleagues in the 1L Class are not only heard but amplified.

My goal is to bridge gaps, foster a united community, and support our academic endeavors. A strong representative is not only a liaison between students and faculty but also a proactive advocate for the interests of our class. I pledge to work tirelessly to address the concerns of the 1L class, facilitate effective communication, and encourage initiatives that enhance our learning environment and overall student experience.

With a fresh perspective and dedication to bringing positive change, I am prepared to listen and represent each of you to the best of my abilities. Your trust in me will be met with unwavering commitment to uphold our values and aspirations.

I kindly ask you to sign this petition in support of my candidacy for Class Representative. Together, we can ensure that our time at Detroit Mercy School of Law is not only remarkable but also forge pathways that will define our future success. Thank you for considering this opportunity to allow my experience to serve our class."
